Aqua Park Rules

We’re excited to have you out on the water! To keep everyone safe and ensure a great experience, please review the following guidelines before your session.

Before You Arrive

All participants must complete a signed waiver before entering the Aqua Park.
Guests under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Age Guidelines

Participants must be at least 6 years old to utilize the Aqua Park.
Children ages 6–13 must have a parent or guardian on-site at the Aqua Park during their session.

In Case of Emergency

If you need assistance, please alert an Aqua Park Guide right away—we’re here to help.
During an emergency, please give our staff space so they can respond quickly and safely.

Safety First

A U.S. Coast Guard certified life jacket is required at all times.
Swimming underneath any part of the Aqua Park is strictly prohibited.
Always look before jumping to ensure the area below is clear.
Diving and flips are limited to a designated area.
Only one guest at a time on each rope feature.
Please stay within the marked Aqua Park boundaries (identified by buoys).

While You're On The Park

We want everyone to have fun—please be respectful of others. Rough play (pushing, shoving, etc.) and inappropriate language are not allowed.
No food, drinks, tobacco products, or jewelry while on the Aqua Park.

Additional Information

Access to the swimming beach area is not included with the Aqua Park. Beach access add-on can be purchased at the Aqua Shed.
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, guests must be sober during their session.
Life jackets must remain within the Aqua Park area.
If you leave and return during your session, our team will get you checked back in and fitted with a new life jacket.
